This is an extraordinary dress that masterfully combines cut with an exquisite fabric. Made of tissue thin, almost weightless silk chiffon in a brilliant teal blue mixed with a floral and paisley print that has pops of pinks, greens and purples. From top to bottom, a fine gold thread has been worked through the silk in vertical rows and this gives the
