Two layers of frills decorate the top with a gathered skirt attached at the waist and finished with a bow belt. The body, first frill and belt are made in our navy cotton with second frill and skirt made in our sparkling navy and gold flower jacquard. Fully lined in cotton voile, fastens at centre front with amber buttons and finished with branded metal tag
