Theresa Inacker, an Attorney of more than 20 years, is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and The Supreme Court of the United States. She is the New Jersey State Director for The DC Project-Women for Gun Rights, and a Trustee of the Executive Board for The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners (CNJFO).
A former Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal, she is a Seton Hall Law School graduate. She has been testifying against anti-rights bills in New Jersey since 2012.

As part of the Symposium on Bruen, her article From Constitutional Orphan to Treasured Heirloom: The Second Amendment Is No Longer a Second-Class Right examined the pernicious impacts of gun control on marginalized groups.
