The National Rifle Association is trying hard to make some changes to get over, past, and through the rough go that it’s had for the last several years. Ballots for the election should have been sent in by now. Hopefully the readers here at News2A today who are voting members of the NRA supported the NRA 2.0 reform candidates.
The NRA Annual Meetings are going to be held at Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, on April 26-27, 2025.
One of the new things that the NRA is doing to show that they are changing is having a “radio row” at the NRA Annual Meetings. They’re giving some creators the chance to record shows in one area of the venue. Each of the participants of Voices of the Second Amendment are going to have three hour time slots for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They either get 9 AM till noon, noon to 3 PM, or 3 PM to 6 PM.
Some of the podcasts, YouTubers, and media personalities will be:
- Eye On The Target Radio
- Gun For Hire Radio
- Arms Room Radio
- Real News with Lucretia Hughes
- Firearm Trainers Podcast
- Rapid Fire Radio with Toby Leary
- The Range Report with Frank Johnson
- The Forge of Freedom with Alex Ooley
- Meet The Pressers with Matt Mallory & Klint Macro
- Riding Shotgun With Charlie
There will be some media who have their own stand alone booth, which will be Bearing Arms’ Cam Edwards, Ryan Gresham from GunTalk, Michael Bane from Michael Bane TV. There will be others, as well. You’ll be able to talk with the personalities and see how they record and produce their shows. Who knows…maybe you’ll end up on a show!
If you haven’t been to the NRA Annual Meetings, you should check it out. Some people think attending SHOT Show is the thing to do, but attending NRA AM is where anyone who is an NRA member can see gun manufacturers, holster makers, and other companies that produce the guns, gear and gadgets we all love. There are limitations for people who can attend SHOT Show. The only requirement for NRA AM is that you’re an NRA member. Unlike SHOT, attendees can make purchases of items, whether it’s holsters, gear or many other items.
There are several other events going on, too. There’s the NRA Foundation Banquet & Auction, a concert with country duo Big & Rich, the Inaugural Trainers Symposium, the Member’s Meeting, and lots of other lectures that you can attend. With all the changes within the NRA, the NRA 2.0 reform candidates, and even the Wall of Guns, you won’t want to miss out this year.
