The New Jersey Firearm Owners Syndicate – the state’s newest Second Amendment rights group – today announced that it is filing a joint lawsuit with the American Suppressor Association Foundation (“ASA Foundation”) and Silencer Shop to challenge New Jersey’s Unconstitutional ban on suppressors.

In addition to this newest lawsuit, the state is defending lawsuits against many of its unconstitutional laws, including, but not limited to:

  • Bans on standard capacity magazines
  • Bans on commonly owned AR-15 style rifles
  • A limit on purchasing more than one handgun per month
  • “Prohibited Locations,” aka “Sensitive Places,” for concealed carry
  • Abuse and misuse of “red flag” laws

We publish articles about all these lawsuits and more on our dedicated New Jersey page.

Great idea – but doesn’t NJ also have a ban on threaded barrels?? If so, better toss that into the mix. Having access to a suppressor with no way to affix it to a firearm doesn’t help…
